Detect conflicts hidden in relationships between clients, companies, and people.

Why this prototype exists?

💡

Many small law firms run conflict checks by searching names across their practice management system.

But conflicts often hide in relationships between entities:

spouses, directors, shareholders, affiliated companies, subsidiaries

Example:

Your firm represents → Oakridge Capital

New potential client → Clark Manufacturing

Clark Manufacturing → Partner → ABC Holdings

ABC Holdings → Client of → Your law firm

Potential conflict.

How to try this.

💡

 1. Type a client or company name in the filter (example: Smith or Turner)
 2. Explore connected entities and relationships
 3. Imagine running a conflict check for a new client
 4. Would this make conflict checks easier than your current workflow?
